- Just as fast as it began, the whole thing ended in a flash. My condo is sold after 7 hours of deliberation by all parties. #
- 4 and a half hours of bart… ahem deal making. I am exhausted. #
- Yep bidding war in progress. #
- Looks like there's goign to be a bidding war for my condo. #
- Starbucks gave me 1 free coffee ( any choice) per month. ON top of that, I just received a $26 dollar gift card from them. #
- Work done for the day. Bed is welcoming me with a siren song. #

- Deal making for 1 hour and 30min. Yep that drained all my energies. #
- Oh yeah and…. My nap turned into a 14 hour slumber. #
- So… the first person who visited my place is making an offer. Turns out that they really liked it. #
- The first thing that they ask me after they've seen the place is: Are you an aritst? #
- I thought introducing and showing my condo is the realtor's job. Ended up doing it because they are doing such a bad job. #
- My agent told me that I lack furniture. I replied: "But how do can you dance with all the furnitures blocking your way? #
- Woke up more tired after a nap. Another withdrawal effect of caffeine. At least I started dreaming again. #
