Correlation is/isnot causation

I always joke about my crystal ball. That my life’s event is closely tied to the stock price of something. I didn’t even believe it myself because it is a funny joke and I always thought it was just because my mood is darker and so I interpreted the whole world in a darker shade.

Well, guess what happened yesterday. A 6.4 magnitude earthquake woke me up at 4AM in the morning. Then I get a phone call from overseas that the place I rented out to someone got taided by the police because of the tenants.

Well, it’s not funny anymore and I am face palming very hard right now.
